Since 2004, we have been doing this and currently work with top Insurers in Vietnam market, both Life Partners –Cathay Life Vietnam and Non-life Partners – Hung Vuong Assurance, Bao Long, Tokio Marine Insurance Group, Fubon, HD Insurance, MSIG, BIDV MetLife, PTI, Dai-chi Life Việt Nam (2013 – 2021), AIA (2014 – 2021).

We can provide a range of services, from a Basic Claim Adjudication Service to a Full Service Package which includes product development, pricing, policy wording and schedule of benefits, to risk assessment, claim adjudication, customer service, business analytics, and a regional direct billing network.In addition to these core services, we can arrange reinsurance. This allows the insurer to feel more comfortable with the managing of risk in the beginning. As the business develops and experience is gained, the nature and complexities of health insurance become more evident to the insurer. Eventually reinsurance arrangements can be reassessed and adjusted as needed.
