Pacific Cross Vietnam brings unique expertise to the insurance industry in Vietnam. We are a leading administrator of health insurance and travel insurance focused on serving the people and businesses of Vietnam and the Southeast Asian region.
We are part of the Pacific Cross Group of companies with operating entities in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand. The group brings over 60 years’ experience managing and designing travel and health insurance products to the people who call Asia home.

A message from our CEO

It is a great honor to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Pacific Cross Vietnam –  a company with a long-standing reputation in delivering health and travel insurance solutions in the Vietnamese market.

Prior to this appointment, I have been serving as CEO of Pacific Cross Thailand –  one of the Pacific Cross Group’s most innovative and agile entities, especially in health insurance. Holding dual leadership positions across both markets allows me to take a more holistic, strategic view of the region while facilitating cross-border knowledge sharing, resource alignment, and the advancement of Group-wide initiatives. This is a distinct advantage that enables Pacific Cross Vietnam to stay ahead of emerging trends, accelerate innovation, and strengthen its competitive edge.

Pacific Cross Vietnam holds a unique position as a pioneer in Third Party Administration (TPA) services and a trusted partner in health and travel insurance support. Backed by our strong regional network across Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Indonesia, we are well positioned to leverage international best practices, adopt advanced technologies, and continuously raise our standards of service in Vietnam.

With over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry across Southeast Asia –  much of it in Vietnam, I believe the industry is entering a transformative phase filled with both challenges and exciting opportunities. Digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and the rising expectations of customers are reshaping the way we design products, deliver services, and build engagement. These trends call not just for adaptation, but for leadership, bold innovation, and an unwavering focus on creating value, optimizing operations, and elevating the customer experience.

I believe that sustainable growth in today’s insurance landscape is built on three core pillars: Understanding, Agility, and Trust. These are the guiding values that I, together with the Pacific Cross Vietnam team, am deeply committed to upholding. We will continue to offer transparent, practical, and customer-focused insurance solutions –  and work closely with our partners to promote community health and well-being.
